| SEC, Hi, have you ever seen or heard of any instances where someone failed urine test because sample was too warm? I passed test by subbing, but when practicing and under real conditions the sample when used with heat pack always seems to be above 100. When would you really be concerned and reject sample? thanks |

| Yes, I have "rejected" a specimen. I once had a kid (17 years old) give me a specimen that took 15 full minutes to cool down to 100 degrees. He tried to act outraged that I needed him to submit a second specimen. He kept saying how he was too busy to put up with this and just didn't have time for my nonsense. He eventually he just stormed his way out of my office. No skin off my back, I'm still paid the same. |
