stupidtests

i've followed dilution sticky except couldn't choke down all the vit b pills. i'm peeing pretty clear, but there is a tinge of yellow there...my home test was negative with this method 2 days ago.

i'm freaking out b/c i didn't do any creatine......just saw a post in results thread that if the creatine is too low it comes back adulterated. uh oh.

any words of encouragement? i'm getting ready to do another home test, but i know that doesn't test creatine.


ok, i went to quest earlier today to leave my "specimen". now all i can do is hope & pray that all went well. i'll post my results in the results thread after i receive them, i guess that'll be next year sometime--LOL. i know, it just FEELS like i have to wait a year to find out if i'm destined for homelessness or will be allowed to re-join the functioning adults of this country and resume being a contributing member of society. lol for the sake of my dogs, please send good thoughts my way.

The first paragraph of the dilution sticky deals with the creatine. I guess it's best to start it a couple days before the test because it takes a while to metabolize into creatinine. If your urine doesn't have enough creatinine, it will probably be dilute and a retest is possible.
