Default Basic Question for SEC - not in stickies

SEC - Thanks very much for the service you provide and the principles that have led you to it.

I chose my name "LiteWait" because "LightWeight" was taken. I have a weird usage pattern. I cannot do a bong hit or even a half a bong hit to save my life. I use about a half a bong hit per day in little dry pipe "sips" and have such low tolerance/good response that I really don't need more than that.

I probably smoke more days than not, but probably buy under an ounce per year. I am near the end of a quarter oz. from a friend that I got back around New Year's? No lie, not yankin' your chain.

My question is, with between two to four thin puffs of pot two out of three days, and total consumption well under a gram per week of pretty good pot but definitely not skunk, kind, anything super sticky, how high is my metabolite load going to be?

All the helpful items talk about daily being heavy or at least moderate, but I GOTTA think that 14-20 grams per YEAR is light. With the fat holding on and metering it out though, I figured it's worth asking you. I'd say the weed tends to be about half as strong as "really good stuff" which would give a what, FOUR percent concentration?

Anyway, I've always just quit when I anticipated a drug test, never failed one or anything so I am not trying to get you to tell me all is well - I just want to know just what you'd think the concentrations would look like with a moderately slow metabolism and not skinny.

Default And a Q in search of the right thread

I read what this site said about legal buds. Then I went to MonsterSmokes shops and dug up what they said about the herbs being used.

I had KavaKava some years ago and found it pleasurable, but that's it. Is there anywhere that says what blends give what effects? They're all described as POTENT, but so is peppermint oil. As little as I use, I'd have no problem switching to another product. I do a little bit at the end of a day or before going to do something that I like a little buzz bopping around for. Heavy intoxication is not really my style.

So, I couldn't find any thread or subject or anything here to go look for where someone might say, "This product tastes nice and gives the closest thing to the effects I always enjoyed most."

Well, the "legal buds" aren't marijuana and will not give the same effect.

I cannot say what your metabolite level is. You are correct and I agree that it should be relatively low, but also it depends on your body's ability to retain THC. Are you young or older, are you overweight and short or tall and lean, Do you have difficulty gaining weight with normal food intake or can you see the french fry you ate for lunch now sitting on your thigh? Is your daily activity level high or are you a couch potato?

All these factors play a roll in your body retaining THC. It is stored in fat tissue. The more fat tissue you have, the more THC is contained therein. I know someone who smoked only ONE Bowl, ONCE per week, and still took almost 6 weeks to test negative with dilution. This guy is tall, not fat or skinny, average metabolism, not an athlete, etc...

Then we see people who can smoke a bowl each night and test negative without trying within a week.

Your best bet would be to get a couple of home tests and take one every couple days. That will tell you how long it takes YOUR body to test negative.
