In 2006, only smoked twice in July
In 2007, only smoked twice in July. (summers, can't help it)
In 2008, on Apr 11th, split a bowl with 3 others, on May 3rd, split a joint with two friends, on Jun 21st ate 1/4 of a piece of hash brownie.
might be taking a drug test in 3 weeks

What do I do?

What are my chances?

You'll pass. I smoked a 2gram blunt of headies 7 days ago and tested negative yesterday.

If you don't use marijuana again until after your test in 3 weeks, pretty near 100% as you can get that you will pass.
