First and foremost, I have indeed read the sticky threads by N2, and have decided that dilution is my best choice. Now, I'd like to get some advice and observations on my situation.

Yesterday (which was Wednesday), I had an interview with a Best Buy manager, and he decided to pass me onto a general manager for my final interview at an as of yet undisclosed time. Through friends who've worked there I've come to find out that if the general manager decides to hire me, I will be required to take a drug test within 24 hours after the interview.

Now, the last time I smoked was Sunday. That day I smoked probably two joints, and over the course of the night three bowls of something which wasn't exactly bad pot. Before that, I smoked about 4 times through the week, out of a bowl twice and the rest thinly rolled joints over the course of two weeks. Previous to that I hadn't smoked for going on four months.

I'm 6'6" and almost 300 pounds. I'm somewhat chubby but not obese or anything. What do you guys think my chances of passing or getting dilute are? Anyone have any experience in what the methods best buy uses are?

Best Buy tests at LabCorp. It is a standard 50 ng/mL cutoff for marijuana. Your regular drug test.

I don't give you much hope of testing negative. The saving Grace for you is that it is a holiday weekend and this gives you 3 extra days at least until your interview with the GM. Then you have at least one more day till you need to test. Either find a sub or study the dilution sticky. Those are your only hopes and I don't give you a very good chance at diluting with your weight and recent heavy use.

Do you have any idea what kind of monitoring they do when you take the test? I'd go for substitution but a friend tells me they practically watch you pee.

You should be able to be in a stall or restroom alone, with the door closed. It would be a pre-employment test and unless you give the collection staff cause, they are not allowed to observe or even be in the same room (stall) as you.
