Hello all.. I'm looking to pass a test eventually.. but more looking to just get clean ASAP.

So to start with I am a heavy smoker, 2 to 3 times a day.. a blunt to finish off the night maybe 2 times a week (shared with a buddy).

I'm 5'11 and weigh 200lbs..26 years old.
I get a good amount of cardiovascular in nearly every night in my basement stationary bike and do light weight lifting.

I want to get cleaner faster and I don't trust dilution or whatever.. I've failed tests before on bogus $50 drinks from head shops.. getting blackballed from a place forever kinda sucks.

A friend told me about flaxseed, supposedly burns fat cells quicker.. I dunno I tried Niacin when I was 15 trying to pass a test from my dear old Mom.. that was fucking painful.. I took a handful, turned red like fuckin Rudolph.
Passed it with yellow food coloring but that's another story.

Got any suggestions?

If you want to clean the THC from your body, start an aerobic exercise program and stop using pot.

Those are the only two things that will help clear the THC from your body. Time and excercise are the only things that will do it. With your past useage and body type, it could take awhile (up to 60 days or longer).

Anything else (detox drinks, pills, potions, suppliments) will just temporarily flood your bladder with fluid or is a myth.

I got clean in 30 days in February.. after failing a test for Comcast.
I paid for a test at the exact same place (Concentra).. I was smoking even more back than and was 20lbs heavier.

I realize it varies for everyone but 60 days sounds kind of ridiculous.

SO.. no one has heard anything about flaxseed?

Flax seed is a myth, the same as drinking bleach, taking niacin, eating goldenseal, etc...

That doesn't mean you WILL take 60 days, it means that it HAS TAKEN 60+ days for some, and could take that long for you.

Test yourself periodically, using your first urine oft he day for each test. Then you will know EXACTLY how long it will take YOU to test negative. I can't tell you that with any degree of accuracy. Anything I told you as far as how long it will take you to test clean would be a GUESS.

Well thanks I read most of your "Why Me?" book/thread(s) very informative.

I will be trying that method of testing myself bi-weekly to see how I'm progressing.

I've used azo standard before, pissed it out over the weekend and made sure that I had pissed about 5 times and was pissing damn near water when I took the test and passed.
