| Thursday marked 2 weeks that I've been clean. I'm 5'11" and 160 lbs, fairly thin with a pretty decent metabolism. Wednesday I took a urine test, following my usual voiding/dilution plan (which is 99% exact to N2's tips), and when the results came Thursday morning, all was good. However, here is where the concern comes into play: I had another test Thursday, and had plenty of time to begin my water drinking and such. However, instead of taking a little over an hour to start going through my system, it was more like 30 mins. By the time I went to take the test, although it was 2 hours later (and not 4), I was on something like the 7th time voiding. Is it possible that the water goes through your system more quickly if you've just done it a day prior? I feel fairly confident about this follow-up test, but I'd really like to put my concerns to ease and enjoy the weekend instead of wishing it were Monday already so I could know the results. Any thoughts or insight? Thanks! |

| why did you have a second test? was it for another job? or was it some sort of re-test? |

| Actually, it was a Return to Duty test pending my follow-up with the doctor. Yeah, I failed a random about 6 weeks ago, but since I'm the only one at my job who actually knows how to do my job, they told me to get all that crap (6 hours of rehab classes and 2 AA meetings) done so they could re-hire me in 30 days (and don't do it again, you dumbass). The doctor was cool, though, and told me I could take a 'practice' test to make sure everything was out of my system before taking the real test. The first one was the practice one that I mentioned. They called me the next morning and told me everything was good, so that's why I went in and took the real test. The good news, though, is that the uncertainty has been laid to rest - I spoke with them this morning and passed that one too! Therefore, I'll be returning to make the big bucks on Wednesday. Evidently, the aspirin (for metabolites or what not) and creatine boosting a few days beforehand (and since I work out and already have some nice creatine supplements, that was easy) really do help when diluting. Either that or I just straight up passed the tests after 15 days of being clean. Regardless, I'd like to thank everyone for the extensive research and reading of posts I did here in the days leading up to the testing. |
