so I took my urine test today at Quest diagnostics in LVNV.


here's what I did


-clean for 22 days (last smoked June 16th)

-only smoked twice since around May 7th (June 9 (prob 4-5 hits out of a bong w crappy dirt weed) and 16th (4-6 hits off joint with some chronic))

-had to goto HR around 9am to pick up paperwork, took test at around 10am

I didn't found out about test till the day b4 (7/8 around 4pm). So started drinking a bunch of creatine (GNC brand)---(probably had about 6-7 scoops (5 grams apiece). I know I've read that it takes 24-48 hours to process but I figured it couldn't hurt. At about 9pm (7/8) I took 4 aspirin (they were the lose dose though-bought wrong box (81 mg). Went to bed and got up around 5:30 am. Took 4 more aspirin and started dilute process. I probably drank 3-4 (32 oz) Gatorade bottles worth of water fro 5:30 am till 10 am. My first 3-4 voids were definetly clear. Then I took 2 Vitamin B super complex&C tabs (about 3 hours b4 test)

per 1 tablet

vitamin C= 150 mg (250%)
B1= 100 mg (6667%)
B2= 20 mg (1176%)
Niacin= 25 mg (125%)
B6=2 mg (100%)
folic acid= 400 mcg (100%)
biotin= 5 mcg (2%)
pantothenic acid = 5.5mg(55%)

After a few more voids my urine became a nice yellow color. Just b4 I left for the HR to get drug paperwork I took 1 more vitamin B tablet.

urine was at 96 degrees F
nice yellowish color (not too dark, not too light)

31 year old male
5'5" 195 lbs slow metabolism


Maybe its human nature but I'm still worried about the test. Hell I even passed a home test about a week ago.


Maybe I just want some reassurances, that I more than likely passed. I mean I was clean for 3 weeks, and only smoked twice in 2 months (and they weren't heavy smoke sessions either)


any thoughts would be appreciated

btw--prior to May 7th I had smoked pretty heavy for about 1 month

early April to May 7th (smoked almost daily/multiple times(4-6x)

from March 15- early April (stopped)

B4 mid March was smoking alot (daily and multiple times)

also I am curious to know how long creatine would stay in your system. I actually bought the creatine on June 28 and started loading up for about 2 days (cuz i was thinking that I was going to have to take the test in early July (1-3). So I'm hoping that they helped my creatine levels for when i took the drug test on 7/9
