|  Substitution Question I have been a heavy smoker for almost twenty years. However I decided recently to pursue different carreer opps. so I quit about 54 days ago. I test negative at home most times with some positives. I have landed an awesome job which requires a urine test. I am considering substitution to be safe. Question- how reliable is the real urine you can purchase online? Everyone I know smokes or uses something so I must try online urine. I am still not decided on sub. or dillution.  |

| If you passed a home test with your first piss of the day you should be fine. If you want to sub, read the substitution sticky and practice temperature. Use Quick Fix synthetic urine. It''s highly recommended here. 1Toke  |

| Quick Fix Synthetic So is Quick fix the best for substitution? I purchased some real urine, but this is risky as well IMHO. |
