i have to take a drug test on aug 1st i just stopped smoking on july 19. ive been drinking shit tons of water and i plan on skateboarding everyday so i can sweat my ass off, im 19 and i weigh 145 lbs. id there anything else i can do i have no money so i cant really buy anything

Stop drinking "shit loads" of water now. It doesn't do any good in the days/weeks prior to a test.
