Metabolism: I have no idea.
Last hit: Approximately 50+ days ago. (Mid to late May)
Exercise: I bicycle a lot. Since my last hit I've ridden almost 50 miles. I've also done some boating and time out on the lake.

I smoked once four years ago, once six months ago and once two months ago. I have been approached about a job. Already given notice at my previous employer and then they told me I needed to do a drug test. What do you think my odds are? I am contemplating getting a home drug test from CVS just to put my mind at ease.

I'm being very paranoid.

I think you will pass. I also think if you take the home test with your first void of the day it will stop you from worrying about it.

Thank you. I bought an At-Home Marijuana test from Walgreens that I will use first thing tomorrow morning.

Now if I am negative on the At-Home test will I be negative on the Quest 6633N SAP 10-50 GC/MS test? If I test negative is there any thing more I need to do the day of the test?

And short of actually injesting or smoking is there any way for this negative to turn in to a positive. (Like exercising).

I took the at home test first thing this morning. I tested with my first void with the very start of the stream and came away with a very clear negative. The line was almost as dark as the Control line. So I am in the clear. Thanks for all your help.
