Hey ya'll... I have been reading these forums for a few days now simply because it peaked my curiosity. Then, out of no where, I got a call for a job offer. I went in for my interview this morning and was informed I would need to pass a pre-employment test.

A little history on me; I am what you would call a 'chronic' smoker. Up until about 2 weeks ago, I was smoking at least one blunt everyday. I have severely cut back, but the last time I smoked was a joint last night. Needless to say, I am FREAKING OUT!!! I am 5'5" and weigh 150lbs. I am not what you would call fat. However, I am not an active person. I am wondering if the dilution would work for me or if I should try a detox. I take a daily vitamin that has 50mg B6, 100mcg of B12 10mg niacin along with many others...

Any and all helpful suggestions would be GREATLY appreciated!

SUB SUB SUB! find someone else's pee I dont think you can dillute with 3 days clean, have to wait for sec and the others response but that is my best advice.

since your a chronic smoker i wish you the best of luck.

Thank you unlucky! One quick question about subbing... I am a female. Do I keep the sub in my crotch or something? And what do I do if the person administering the test stays in the room?

If it is a pre-employment test, it should not be observed. I subbed with QF and it was so simple (after I stressed for days). I put the bottle where the guys can't, and it maintained its temperature with no problem. Practice with water and getting comfortable with the procedure. If you can get the sample the right temp, you are good to go!
