I have an eScreen urine test in 48hrs from now. I stopped smoking 12 days ago, even then it was occasionally back to about 3 weeks from that point(hope that makes sense!) I have been drinking a lot of water over the past couple of weeks and today I drank A LOT of water, plus 100% cranberry juice, and this "detox" herbal tea. I just did a home test and it came back negative. The line next to the THC was kinda faint. Will I be ok when I go in to test?

How often did you smoke? How much do you weigh? What is your metabolism? That is the info. you will need to provide for the pros to help you. Wake up tomorrow and do a home test with your first void of the day. If you come up negative you should be cool, if not read up on dillution and substitution. Drinking a bunch a fluid now will not help you on test day. It is what you drink the day of the test which will help dillute your urine. Detox drinks, teas etc. work by dillution. THC resides in fat tissue and hence only time will help clean the metabolites out of your system. I have learned this through extensive research on this site using the search feature.

Thank you for responding! I am 5'11" and weigh 160lbs. I smoked once everyday up until 5weeks ago, and only smoked once every 3 days. Then 2 weeks ago, stopped smoking all together. I feel I've always had a good metabolism. So if tomorrow I drink the fluids like I did today, do you think I'll be all right?

You don't want to drink too much fluid. That could result in a negative dilute. Not the same as a negative. Do a search and find out why. Use the key words 'negative dilute'

I did another test first thing this morning when I woke up- came back negative(very faint line) I should be fine to take the real one today right? I'm still going to keep drinking water and gator aid, plus b vitamins(which I take everyday anyway) Any words of encouragement would be great! TIA!

I would still do a milder dilution if I were you. If I were you I would drink fluids normally throughout the day and 90 minutes before your test drink 30 ounces of water or gatorade. Pee once 45 minutes before your test and go take it. I would buy another home test just to check myself at the 45 minute mark to make sure I was still negative. That is what I would do-

Thanks for all of the advice! I'm feeling pretty confindent- a little nervous- but at least i'm not paranoid! I just took my B vitamin and ate a huge greasy bacon cheeseburger with fries. I want to pee one more time to make sure my pee isn't fluorescent from the vitamin, then I think I will drink more gatorade and take the test. Does that sound good?

Oh and it's an eCup. Will that matter? Is it some super sensitive technology?!

The e-cup is just an instant test which also has a 50ng cutoff, so it is the same. You sound like you are good to go, I wouldn't worry to much about the color of your pee because there is nothing to flag or fail you because of that. If you want to know for sure where you stand you can take another home test but it sounds like you will be OK.
