|  Diluted, result negative dilute, need to retest - advice please Hey, Thanks for the advice. I'm 6'2", 160 lbs, smoke maybe 3 times a week. I took a test last week for which I diluted using N2's advice (having previously abstained for 10 days). It came back as negative dilute. I need to retake the test by Friday. However, after the test last week I smoked a few j's. So, if I retake it Friday it will have been 7 days. I just restarted heavy creatine. Any other suggestions? Odds of passing? Last time I didn't do Gatorade, so I'll do that this time. Thanks a lot. |

| Creatine loading is a good idea starting about 3 days before the test and ending with about 20 hrs left (anything after that will not be processed before you test). The Gatorade is also a good idea but in addition eat really salty foods on the day of the test, Ramen soup is a good bet that has like 60% of your daily sodium intake in 1 bowl. Good luck |
