| So I decided that tonight would be the night to practice my dilution method where I would write down everything for my own benefit. Thought I would share. Still not sure when I am taking my pee test but it will probably be next week. I am 27, female, daily chronic smoker for years. I am b/w 5'10" and 5'11" and weigh about 175. My metabolism used to be slow as shit but since I've lost 40 lbs it has picked up quite a bit. And, today is my 12th day abstaining. Alright, here it goes.... 5:30pm- 16oz water 5:45pm- 8oz water 6:00pm- 8oz water 6:15pm- 8oz water 6:27pm- void #1 6:30pm- 8 oz water 6:39pm- void #2 6:42pm- 4oz water 6:51pm- void #3 + 4oz water 6:54pm- 4 vitamin B2's 7:03pm- void #4 + 4 oz water 7:14pm- void #5 7:31pm- void #6 + 4oz gatorade 7:47pm- void #7 + first at home UA test- faint negative line 7:43pm- 8 oz gatorade 8:09pm- void #8 + 4 oz gatorade 8:30pm- void #9 + second at home UA test- bright red negative line I am feeling so much better about this already!! Thanks N2 even though I don't think you're around anymore!! When I started this process, I didn't plan on taking my test until 8:30 but I was getting antsy a little before and that's why I took 2 tests instead of 1. Doesn't really matter....both are NEGATIVE!! |
