I smoked about 5 times during a week took about 3 days off and smoked once. I got tested 12 days later, which is today. I'm pretty scared that I will test positive. I am 6'3", 180. I work out very often because I competitively swim, but during those 12 days the workouts I did were not very strenuous, compared to a normal practice, because it was time to rest for a season ending meet. Its too late now to see if I will test positive, I am just looking for some relief because I will not get the results back for a long time. I would appreciate anyone who can give me some advice. Thanks.

Since you have already been tested the best advice I can give you is not to worry about it.
Because worrying is not going to change the result, and even if you do fail, which I hope you don't its not going to be the end of the world.

Why do you anticipate it taking a long time to get results back?

Negatives usually take 1-2 days, positives take 4-7 days.
