Ok heres my deal i took a test at quest wed 10 in the morning. I subed using my freinds clean urine, he urinated right b4 i went in into a 4 ounce travel shampoo bottle, wich was empty when purchased. i crotched it waited for 40 min. the collector checked off the temperature sealed it gave me the donor copy and sent me on my way. Now heres where my panic sets in.

1. my freind drank two 8 ounce cups of water and a 12 ounce cup of coffee in the span of an hour b4 the test is that enough to dilute it?

2. me not thinking like a dope urinated in the shampoo bottle the night before with my dirty urine to practice the temp. i washed it out and ran it under water a bunch of times, and a week prior to this i held my freinds clean urine in this for like a week not knowing when i would be tested but both times i washed it out . my ? is is it possible that the urine in it b4 could contaminate the bottle possible making the good urine dirty? there wasnt any large drops of water in the bottle when he urinated into it.

1. its a possibility, but not definite 38oz of liquid is quite a bit, but i think you are in the clear unless your friend has naturally low levels of creatine.

2. That should have relatively no effect. Even if trace amounts of dirty urine were stuck behind in the bottle, there would be enough clean urine so it would be well below the cutoff level.

Well, according to my addition, I get 28 ounces of liquid. I think he will really be ok. You have to consider that some of the liquid didn't have time to filter through his body before he peed in the bottle for you.

You rinsed out the bottle well enough.

I just posted a note with a similar question. I stupidly drank about 35 ounces of water even though I know I'm clean and am scared that will end in a diluted sample. My creatinine was 259 when I self tested, so I'm hoping I have some leeway. Do you happen to know your results at this point?

OK, thanks for the comments guys much appreciated. i think im the newest member of the sub club becuase my employer said i cant start work until she gets the results back and she called me friday to say im flying to chicago for training mon!!!! so i think im good. i also just want to take the time to say wwhat certain people like sec do on this board is truly a great thing most people wouldnt realize how stressfull this invasion of privacy is but with people like u in ur corner it makes it easier. so thanks sec and others, truly.

I totally second that THANKS to Sec! I have only been on here for 2 days but have learned so much and everyones so helpful and nice (from what I have read) I too think its such an invasion of privacy. So I take a couple of tokes at night to calm me down, what does that have to do with my ability to perform my job the next day. I think its silly that you can go home and drink, maybe go to work hung over the next day but you can't take a couple of tokes without possibly losing your job. Not hating on people who drink but I would much rather be riding in a car with someone who has had a bong hit or two than someone who has been drinking.
