OK, so everyone says that THC is fat soluble. It is stored in the fat. Well, then wouldn't it make sense to start training for a marathon a week before the test? Jogging, cycling, swimming, crunches, etc.

Thoughts?

It would be better to start a heavy exercise program more than a week before the test. The exercise should cease and pigging out should begin three days before the test in order to allow the THC metabolites released into the bloodstream by the fat burning to exit the body. Going into fat-storing mode will reduce the amount of residual THC metabolites entering your bloodstream.

This is part of our standard advice to people facing a UA.

Cool, thanks a lot buzzby.

Would a skinny person with little to no "extra" fat on their body have a better chance at passing than a pudgy, overweight or obese person?

Yes, since THC is fat soluble a skinny person's body does not store as much. So they can get clean a whole lot faster.
