HELP! I need some advise!

Okay, I am a 26yr old male that weighs approx. 200lbs and am 6ft 4in tall and I have an average or above average metabolism. I have an interview in a few days for a job I am dying to get but I am afraid I am going to fail the UA. The last time I smoked was on Sunday July 27th and before that I smoked for 1 week probably a little less than a quarter of green and now I am faced with a UA to get hired. I started drinking lots of water to try to fluch my system and have been exercising too but I took an home test last night and failed. How long do you think it will take to get out of my system and what would be the best option for me. I am thinking that my UA will be scheduled in a week or less. PLEASE help! I am a little unsure about the best options and I don't have a ton of money to spend either....

There are two options for you. Either dilute or sub. Both procedures, tips and suggestions can be found in the stickied threads at the upper portion of the urine testing menu page.
