greetings all, its been awhile since i posted. i'm on probation and i smoked last on july 10th/11th. i smoked about 4 small bowls on july 10th and one small bowl on the 11th. it was about half a nickel of mexi-schwag total. i've been exercising quite a bit 2-4 times a week very hard for about an hour each session (heart rate between 140-160 virtually the whole time) i've been trying to eat healthy and drinking lots of vitamin water. i just need a little reassurance that i should be ok come test time august 12th (31 day period between last smoking) also july 10/11 was the first time i had smoke anything in over a month (i'm on the ol' probation train and can only smoke once a month) i've decided due to recent circumstances to quit smoking until i'm off probation (good personal fortune that i don't want to screw up) also i'm 6'00 about 260 lbs (seriously, i do have some girth but i am large boned as well so its not like im morbidly obese)

edit: i'm planning on giving my sample in the later half of the day so i won't have to give the first sample of the day.

A home test purchased at your local chain drug store would give you the answer if you can pass a urine drug test.

You are playing quite a risky game to be smoking while on probation. You may test clean in a few days this time. The next time you may not be so lucky. I have found that I can not say that I will be clean in X amount of days. It depends on my activity level, diet, how much and how often I have smoked. I used to be able to test clean fairly fast. Now as I age and my metabolism is slowing down I find it is taking longer and the time to clean is not as consistant as it used to be.

You are going to go to jail sooner or later if you keep smoking while on probation. Your luck is going to run out or you will be given an unsuspected urine test. I am not scolding you or telling you how to live your life. I am just giving you the facts. I could care less if you go to jail. I don't even know you. Apparently you don't care if you go to jail either.

I wish you good luck. You are going to need it sooner or later.
