Even though the Spectrum reps assure that 4.0's with 06 batch numbers are still good, CYA and run a home validity test on the batch to be sure.

Hey Blue, When did you buy the batch that failed? How did you store it and for how long did you have it before you used it?

after talking with a human resources lady where i work, it seems that some companies will pay for a second test to test for synthetic.. it sounds like its quite expensive compared to the regular test, but also im in canada so maybe its different all together down there.

There is no way to test for synthetic, per se, without entering the area of genetics. Not only is genetic testing costly and complicated in process, but labs practicing in the US are prohibited from performing any type of genetic testing on urine samples collected for employment-related drug tests. Not unless authorization was granted by the donor on an entirely seperate and detailed consent form. Labs can only test for drug metabolites, pH, specific gravity, creatinine, certain oxidants, and excessive nitrites.

Ok I just got my little old bottle of Quickfix 4.0, I have looked everywhere on the box but no batch number. But in the instructions at the top it says... BATCH CANADA-0308 so mines all good to go is it? Also mine has two crystals in it that i need to add and use within 7 days yet all I have read on here noone else needs to add crystals. So am I good to use it, I have no access to try and test it with those tests someone else mentioned. Also I want to practise a lot as ill be observed from behind so can I pour the synthetic urine into a cup and refill with water to practise then pour in the synthetic before my test? Oh and can i reheat lots of times and the temp strip will always work? I thank you in advance...

UPDATE: I checked my mail this morning and received my final paycheck (for 1 day) and this letter was included with it. Sorry the quality isn't great - I don't have a scanner and had to take it with my camera. This is the letter they sent saying it was indeed synthetic. Thats why I was wondering if they have a test to see if it's synthetic because they didn't call it anything else. Anyways, here's the letter and I hope this helps some people. As I said before, I still have faith in QF and will use them next time. I was just a little surprised this time (since it was the first time I used it successfully - I tried once before but the temp was 102 and I failed). ![]()

| Ok, So far this is the only post I found on Quickfix 4.0 actually failing. From what I've been reading is that all the Labs in the US are required to follow certain testing steps in determining if a sample is dirty or fake. IF Quickfix 4.0 is being detected I would think I would see lots more posts on this subject as I'm assuming lots of people use it and test with it everyday. I also called the yourinluck.com guys Friday morning and they told me ever batch of Quickfix 4.0 batch 06 and later is completely undetectable by ANY LAB TEST. I got the same reply from the guy at detoxforless.com - He said 100% Quickfix 4.0 batches 6.0 and later are still completely undetectable and not to worry.
