|  Test on Thursday...starting to freak out! So, I know I'm going to substitute on Thursday. I've read all the tips on doing that. I'm just really worried about temperature. I'll have clean urine that I will collect only hours before I go to test (probably about 5 hours before test). Should I keep the urine at ambient temp until just before test and then warm it?
