|  what to do i was just notified that i have a drug test for football by the state in at most 4 days. the last time i smoked was yesterday and i'm a pretty regular smoker smoking maybe 5 times a week at most. is there anything i can do with this little time left or am i totally screwed? |

| It depends. I don't know if they observe while you urinate, Most college sports do. If this is high school, you can probably sub if the test isn't observed. If it is observed, you should try to dilute. Those are your only choices. |
