Hello,
I just found out today that I have a urine drug test tomorrow for my possible internship, the bad news is that the last time i smoked will be exactly 30 days from tomorrow. I was never a heavy smoker, usually only on weekends and not a crazy abundance. I smoked pretty normal weed, nothing great nothing super potent that you see now of days. My metabolism seems good, I am 6 feet tall 165 lbs and I cant seem to gain weight really if i try. I workout occasionally and play sports every now and then, always walking a lot during the days. I just am nervous because its my first drug test and I have to go to the lab tomorrow, so any support or help would be appreciated. I have upped my water intake for yesterday and today by an immense amount just to give me some added piece of mind, but any other information or advice would be great. Thanks!

Sounds like you'll be fine. You might do a light dillution for added insurance.

If you want to know, go to a large chain drug store and get a home test. IF you pass that, then you have no worries.

I think you will be ok.

BTW: KillerWeed420, someone with absolutely NO EXPERIENCE with drug testing will have NO IDEA what a "light dilution" is.

ruhroh, you shouldn't drink mad amounts of water before your test. It won't help. Drink no more than 20 ounces of sports drink in teh 90 minutes prior to your drug test. This way, you have extra fluid in your bladder and have insured that you can pee when you need to.

thanks for the help, i will definitely do that tomorrow before the actual test. It is at labcorp, not sure what kind of panel test I will be having but I just purchased First Check Home cup drug test that tests only for marijuana, and I am going to wait and take it once i get out most of this water i have drank today. I will let you know the results, thanks again you were a big help!

if i fail this test, i should follow the dillution method before the test tomorrow right?

update:
home test came back negative, two lines and the THC line was pretty distinct, i know that doesnt matter because a line, is a line.. should be okay for tomorrow correct? will drink the gatorade like you said SEC 90 min prior so im ready, thanks again for the piece of mind you have no idea how much better i feel now.

As long as you still dilute you should be fine. 30 ounces or so of gatorade in the morning. piss a couple times and use your midstream urine.
