I'm just woundering if anyone knew if quick fix was enough of a sample for the escreen ecup? I have a batch that is fresh, so I just need to make sure that I'll have enough. I've also read about using the 'shy bladder' excuse... so i plan on using that if the problem arises. I just wanted to see if anyone has had any experiences where they asked for more when taking the test. thanks in advance.

The 2 ounce bottle is plenty. I have been asked for more though. I was already heavily dilluted so I just added a little of my own urine to make him happy rather than sit there and argue with them.

Awesome, thanks for the reply. I talked to a buddy that went to the same clinic and he said that when he gave them his sample they said it was not enough and just poured it out and told him to go and wait till he had to pee again. (of course he just left) So I snagged another bottle of quick fix, and they were both made in 7/08 and they look pretty close, so they might be from the same batch. Anyways i'm going to take in both and fill it up. Has anyone had any trouble with the escreen test using quick fix?

A collector can ASK for more than is needed, but if a donor gives exactly what is needed and not what is asked for, the collector CANNOT discard a specimen. If you give what is required, and the collector discards it, you have reason to complain to the employer.

You go to them, tell them you gave plenty of urine. The collector discarded it and wanted you to spend another hour or so until you could go again. Cry foul!!!

If you give at least 60 mL, (2 ounces) you are fine. There is no test that requires more than this.

I agree with Sec completely.

It would be wiser to cry foul than taking chances with your "heavily diluted" urine in order to satisfy an erroneous demand from some undertrained collector. Topping off with diluted urine may have worked last time, but things may be different for you (and/or the other donors reading this) the next time around.

I've never topped off a sample. This is my first drug test. I was going to top it off with some more Quick Fix from at least around the same time frame (07/08). I just wanted to make sure that I'll have enough. But since I have two bottles i'll be set. just need to maintain that temp!

Alright, just got back from the test. Before I left for my 15 min drive I heated them both up to 100 and left for my 007 mission. Anyways I got there and checked the temps... both 100, so far so good. So i then went in, filled out the forms, all of that and then waited. Ended up being 30 min or so... Finally they call me back and tell me to empty my pockets and wash my hands. Both of which I had no problem doing. Then they said something about not using the ecup and something called like "CR" or "CLR" cup. So I hope that doesn't mess me up here. Anyways I got in the bathroom and checked the temps... one was 100 the other 94 (no idea why) anyways i filled the cup with 3/4 the 100 bottle and the rest the cooler bottle. Then checked the temp.. it was at 100 on the cup so I swirled it and blew on it a little to bring it down. After that i packed up my other bottles and everything. By the time I gave her the bottle it was 94-96.. So hopefully that isn't too bad. Anyways I dont even think she looked at the cups temp. She just poored it in to a vile, put a sticker over it and had me initial it. Then of course poor it out in to the toilet. Anyways I think I fallowed everything pretty well. Thanks for all of the info and help you guys have given me. And thanks for the forums!! Oh has anyone heard of a "CR" or "CLR" cup? And has anyone had any luck with it using quick fix? God I hope I can pass this! It seems like the hardest part is getting the temp and not looking suspisious. :\

Instead of using the $12 Escreen cup and send the results electronically to the lab, they for some reason decided to just package up the vial and send it directly to the lab. You should recieve the same results, just a day later.

Ok, awesome... I just couldn't find anything on it really so I would still be so lost without you sec! Well time to play the waiting game. For the record also, I used Quick Fix 4.2.
