Hows it going guys? Guess I will start out with a little bit about myself;

I'm about 5'11 160 pounds, of average body type etc. and have been a very consistent marijuana smoker for about 4 years now. And I love most everything about pot... the peaceful culture, the friendly social aspects, and of coarse relaxing with my bong and jammin some tunes after a long day of work.

Recently I made a poor decision and now im getting monthly urine tests. (I understand I was dumb and I shouldn't be in the position, but i am.) Judge me if you wish I really don't care and I'm not saying this because I'm a new member of this forum.

Now, I've been told of tons and tons of methods of defeating a urine test (niacin, cranberry juice and water, wheat grass shots, the drinks, and even just plain old water) though I don't believe I've passed one.

First test I stopped for about 2 weeks and exercised, didn't work. 2 of my tests I used those drinks that people assured me worked, once with stopping a few days prior, and once giving the drink 8 days and 4 shots of wheat grass (gross). Both failed. And I can't say I'm too surprised.

Now, I've talked to quite a few people since then who claim niacin in the only method that has ever worked for them, and quite a few internet sites that say it doesn't work. I figure I'd give it a shot, after all who believes everything they read on the internet? I'm well aware of the risks and am using it safely (ty for caring )

Now 2 days ago I stopped smoking (planned on stopped much earlier as my test is tomorrow (quit 2 days before).. I guess I slowed down though.) As you can see I'm not very consistent.

Yesterday evening I took 500mg of niacin and drank a good amount of water. This afternoon after work I took 500mg and water, and as I'm typing this 1000mg of niacin and 60 fl oz of cranberry (all i could afford.. =/) and plenty more water. I don't plan on taking another pill tommarow morning, just my multi vitamin and water... (not sure if this is wise but i will find out).

I've done hours and hours of research though i admit lazy research and often not understanding or trusting certain steps of processes and giving up etc. During my researches I stumbled upon this very nice informative website with what appears have an intelligent and friendly forum community. I guess this would be my attempt to get a more personal and hopefully experienced advice and or tips to help me continue to live the lifestyle I love living.

So this will be my own research journal in a way, though I fear I may have gotten serious in my efforts a bit too late. What can I say I've always been a procrastinator xD.

1 question to anyone nice out there... anyone have experience with not pissing on tests regularly?

The problem with niacin is there is nothing it does that would have any effect on thc levels. It dialates all your blood vessels. How would that help? It won't. Its usually all the liquids they drink along with it. Just like detox drinks. Its the dillution not the drink that helps pass a UA.

Dude, you REALLY REALLY REALLY should follow the dilution sticky at the top of the page. It's hard to understand at first-so I'll be nice and spell it out:
Drink 16oz of water, Then every 15 minutes drink another 8oz for an hour.
DO NOT PEE!!!!!!!
At the end of that hour pee. Then drink about 8 oz every time you pee to keep your bladder full. Pee at least 3-4 time before test!!!! I can stay clean for about an hour and a half if I don't fill by bladder, but you shouldn't take the chance. Basically your peeing water.
If you need the urine to be yellow, you have to take B2 or a B complex about an hour before the test. Your urine will turn from clear(h2o) to vitamin yellow.
If your PO does a validity test, your fucked. If not, you pass.
If he does, just say you were scared you couldn't pee so you drank a lot of water.
This is your only chance with 2 days clean. I tested this method about 27 times with the 28th coming tomorrow. I also tested niacin, it didn't work. It only made me hot and itch, and I couldn't sleep b/c of discomfort.
You should really do a practice run today and buy a home test.
If you can't afford one, a good rule is if your pee is clear, it's water.

Everyone I know passes drug tests via the water method. Drink an ungodly amount of water until your piss is clear, and even then drink some more. I've also heard to use the last part of your urine.
