OK. 12:14 He took the test. 12:20 Results are ready and there is the faintest of lines next to the T. My friend is worried because it is so faint. I have tried to capture it with a camera, but it will not focus. The line is SO faint but I can see it. This is after 8 or so beers in several hours.
Tomorrow I will try the tried and true method as played out in the sticky and then take another home test.

The line is much stronger towards the right side of the test area, but i can definitely see it. IT IS THERE BABY!! WOO! There also seems to be a vertical line throughout the test area...

I will try to upload a pic in due time.

In order to see it, I have to tilt the camera LCD almost 90 degrees, but on film, the line is definitely there.

here we go-- at 1st it looks like there is no line, but if you tilt the screen and look from a different angle, it is there (along with a vertical line of some sort)

Hey FBR-- when I clicked on the thumb and enlarged the image, there IS a very, very faint pink second line. You have to look hard, but it's there.

Not picking a fuss... maybe I just have real good eyes (despite being an old hag! )

ETA: I opened this image on my photo editing software and adjusted the brightness down some since this image is pretty light. It showed the line a bit better.

It didn't occur to me that you were talking about N2 because he hasn't been here in years.

Even with a tilt and a squint I only saw a fuzzy pink area, no line. When we say a line is a line if it can be photographed or photocopied, it usually means without having to do anything else to the copy or photo. "Well here's my photocopy and granted you can't see it from 18 inches away but if you hold it 2 inches from your face you can see it!" I would rather be safe and say that's not a line plus look at your fluid consumption. Even if that was a line, you're in danger of being dilute.

Your friend is very lucky to have you to help him!

If I was testing this persons urine and I got that result, I would forward it to the lab for re-testing.

ill admit that the picture does not do it justice, but I can tell you in person-- the line is much more viewable.

Ill have to hope for the best and prepare for the worst.

My friend has a prescription to xanax. Will it show up in low levels too indicating dilution?

Will that cause problems?
Should he not take any or should he load up on them before the test since he has a script?
