No. It means that you have a bad case of the poops. Creatine eventually metabolizes into creatinine. It does not travel through the body unmetabolized.

Sorry to hear that. Advise your friend to cut back a little on the creatine loading.

My friend had his meeting and did not get tested!!!

However, he did not want to "waste" his waste and on the way home got a home test kit.

There was barely anything... looked like there was nothing, so he sent it to the lab for testing.....

I am wondering if at the lab they tested creatinine levels and SG levels.

it was done through first check diagnostics in CA.
