I have to take a urine test 21587N SAP 9-20 w/OPI+MEP panel on Monday. Two questions - I smoked one joint a week ago and I am 6' 225 pounds and I want to use Test Pure to clear the toxins from my system. I heard the testing facilities are now testing for the chemicals in the Test Pure, is this true? Also what other substances are they looking for in the 21587N SAP 9-20 w/OPI+MEP test? I will post my urine test results. I have to be at Quest Diagnostics in the morning. Please help

Your Test Pure is useless. My former PO told me that the labs do test for "drinks you can buy at GNC" I assume she meant those drinks in general.
I would load today on creatine. Tomorrow eat red meat in all meals. Monday do the dilution method exactly. If that's all you have smoked recently I think you're good.

I don't like the looks of that test. They are looking for 9 substances of abuse plus OPI & MEP. I know what those two are but we don't talk about other drugs unless it relates directly to marijuana. If you have some prescription drugs you are worried about and how that might aaffect your test we can but this doesn't look to be the case.

The reason why I don't like the looks of that test is it may be using the 20 ng/ml cutoff on immunoassay. Those codes are sometimes easy to figure out other times they are a mystery. You should sub sub sub. Find a clean donor or find some Quick Fix.

I agree with you fakeboobsrule, but the only issue here now is did the OP get your suggestion in time? I doubt it. All we can do now is hope for the best for Cootabird. Only if people can find us sooner and research in advance and not the night before the test.

Thanks for the advice. I have until Tuesday to take the test. I am not using any other prescription drugs at all. What is the 20 ng/ml cutoff? I don't know what that means. The test is not for a correctional facility related situation. I used Test Pure before and I passed and I smoked more in the past than I do currently but that last test was a couple of years ago.

The search feature will help but basically 90-95% of drug tests use a concentration cutoff of 50 ng of THC metabolites/ml of urine on immunoassay then 15 ng/ml confirmation on GC/MS. Some use the 20 ng/ml cutoff and 10 ng/ml confirmation which is more strict. This will start you on your quest for knowledge.

FYI correctional facilities related situations are not the only situations where they may choose to use the 20ng/ml cutoff.

Most home tests are the 50 ng/ml variety. I just saw my first 25 ng/ml instant test on here the other day, very hard to find.

There's a new home test now that's a 12-panel with creatinine, pH and adulterants. Home Test from Walgreen's. Runs about $40.

Did it ever occur to any of you that the Number 20 might stand for something entirely different? Like maybe a different drug cutoff or something else? Just because there is a number, doesn't mean it automatically is a THC cutoff.
