.. i took a dot test, i knew i was ok. didn't dillute, nothin'
came time to pee , i could'nt so they logically had me drink water. i drank about 4-6 8oz cups then went. passed

wondering if you could dilute go in and say "man i can't pee" maybe then they wouldn't suspect when low on creatine, etc. sure would be tuff holding it in but what the hell.......just a thought. have them do the dilluting for you

also dying to hear how much she drank , now i messed up thinking about dillution
