| Yeah, most medical clinics lack severely in the training department. It has been my experience at my facility, in my area that about 85% are failure due to THC, the rest are due to another drug or substituted/adulterated specimen or refusals to test. The benefits of any reductions in insurance premiums don't outweigh the risks of allowing a person who has failed a drug test to continue to work. If that employee hurts himself or another employee (accidents happen to all people whether they use marijuana or not) then the people who are hurt might have a case against the employer for negligence. Also an employee who also fails but isn't given the opportunity to retest (because he isn't as valuable to the employer) can claim discrimination. No, I don't feel that people are all potheads and useless if they fail for THC. |

| looser, looser, shoulda been a boozer instead of a pothead! lab call today. that's a positive for THC. now the good news. 5 mins after the lab called the company called and said i can retake the test at my own expense. just as i expected. so i have a clean sample sitting in the freezer. looks like i'll be subing it. will go in monday so i have the weekend to practice. ANY TIPS AND SUGGESTIONS WOULD BE GREATLY APPRIECIATED! |

| I don't know why you are so nasty to me. I am telling you what should have happened when you tested positive. Just because the employer chooses to waste it's money and re-test positives doesn't mean any other company will. Why are they testing you in the first place? What contractor or government agency are they lying to regarding their drug testing program? These questions don't really matter, it is just that not everyone can count on a re-test like you were given. Very, very few people get a second chance like you did. I never said you are retarded; let alone 'fucking retarded'. But I do agree with you that the stupidity of the company is up for debate along with whether they actually did get the best person for the job. |

| SEC, The highlighted part is what I'm wondering about...Does this mean quick fix 4.2 or are you talking about something else? Am I gonna pass THC test and will they validity test for the sub and will they find that it is a sub with my QF 4.2, 96 degrees, unexposed to direct sunlight batch number ending in '08? I'm just curious cuz i took the test on Monday...no word yet. |
