| Ok here is the back story guys. I was arrested February 14th of this year for a mis. drug offence. I went the trial on the 27th of August and was placed on probation via pre-trial diversion. My first probation meeting is the 17th of this month (next weds.), and although I have heard they must give you 30 days after you have been placed on probation before they can test you I would rather be safe than sorry. That being said I'll give you guys the basic info on me and my habits. Stats: 5'10 185 Muscular build with a good metabolism I am heavy into weight lifting and have been running very frequently over the last few months as well. I am in the gym 5-6 times weekly. I stopped smoking on the 8th after smoking very heavily for the last year daily. Every evening after lifting my workout buddies and I would usually roll 1-3 blunts at about .7-1 gram each. Usually we smoked low grade midget, but the weekend of the 5th me and two other gents burned through about 6 grams of legit purp in about 30 hours. As I said I stopped smoking on the 8th of this month (Sept) and have been following this routine for the past few days: - 1 - 1.5 gallons of water daily - I have spent 30 minutes every day in the sauna at 160 degrees farenheit. And I plan on upping that to two 30 minute sessions the last 3 days. - I have lifted hard and ran daily as well - I also started drinking cranberry juice today - I have also been taking about 1,250 mg daily for the past 1.25 months. I plan on doubling this - I also started taking a vitamin complex today and plan on upping that as the test day grows nearer I will also attempt to follow N2's dilution method the 17th just to be safe. I am in the deep south of Georgia and it is my understanding that the facilities down here are fairly chill. | Don't worry about drinking lots of fluids know. Just keep yourself well hydrated. Eat a high fiber diet and some metamucil. Continue to exercise.Stop about 3 days before the UA. Then follow the dillution sticky the morning of your test. If you can afford it you might pickup a couple test strips to test yourself at home. |

| I was actually gonna go in to a lab the 15th and have a test run. Should I stop the sauna 3 days before as well? And cardio? |

| Anyone know if I should stop the sauna now as well seeing as my test is on the 17th? |

| If you want to sweat, stop at the sauna. It won't help you pass your drug test tho. A sauna makes you get rid of water, not fat. |
