Smoker for over 30 years, on and off stopping for new jobs. The past 8 years smoked every day. Stopped on 8/21 then took only one puff a day on 8/29, 8/30, 8/31 at Reggae fest. Pre-employment drug test for 9/11 5'7 140lbs really good metabolism starting on 9/1 drinking detox tea daily also took the detox pills, drank 3 64oz bottles of welchs grape juice, 3 64ozbottles of cranberry juice, 3 32oz bottles of gatoraide, super b complex daily, golden seal daily, lots and lots of water, daily cups of green tea. I take a daily diurectic for high blood pressure I did all this the whole 10 days prior. On the day of test which was yesterday I drank one cup of green tea, ate a banana and toast for breakfast. Drank new flush out detox that has 1000mg of creatine one 16 oz bottle of water after the drink and then half a bottle right before peeing in the cup. Urinated about 8 or 9 times before submitting urine to Lab for microspic testing (which I didn't know) and they took 7 tubes of blood. I'm petrified that the gravity and creatine level in my urine will not be enough. Please couldn't even work today because I'm so scared. Help What do you think my chances are of passing.

Well. i haven't been here long but i'm not sure those detox drinks or that other stuff was much help. i doubt you'll pass but either way best of luck.

Creatine taken immediately before a UA will not help with the creatinine verification because it takes three days for your body to break creatine down into creatinine. Nothing you did would have any effect on your ability to pass a UA except for what you did in the 24 hours immediately before the test. There is nothing that gets THC metabolites out of your body except for time and fat-burning exercise (which you should stop three days before the test).

My guess is that you either got a positive or got a "negative-dilute" result.

I also took two home test, one two days before and one the day of that and they were both negative. But since the lab test is more accurate I was hoping for a negative. I took a tylenol pm the night before to sleep that tested invalid for BZD on the home test will that help me? If it is a negative dilute will they think drugs. I do take a diuretic daily?

From what you've told us, it sounds like you were way overdiluted. It would give you an negative on a home test but a negative-dilute on a lab test.

I would. It depends on who's paying for the test. They could decide to take it as a fail, they could decide to retest you, some employers have even taken negative-dilutes as a pass.

Hello all and special thanks to 29yeartoker and Buzzby for all your positive feedback. For those of you that are reading this you an refer to my post that read "petrified and scared to death".

This is what I did to clean up. Fortunately for me I was able to stall and push back the physical to allow additional time for the test in which I had no idea what kind of test it was going tobe until I got there.

From Sept 1st thru Sept 9 I didn't smoke anything. Every day I drank Welchs grape juice, water, gatoraide detox tea, detox pills, a banana, green tea, my diuretic, goldenseal and vitamin b Super complex. On the 10th I drank more grape juice and gatoraide. My physical was scheduled for the 11th at 10:30. The morning of the test I woke up at 6am had a cup green tea, toast and a banana, and my diuretic pill at 7:15 I drank Champion New Flush Out Detox (cherry vanilla) followed by one 16 oz bottle of water an hour later I had a class of gatoraide and I pee'd about 5 times until I left the house at 9:50am. I had to stop along the way at a burger king to pee again around 10:10am. I arrived waited and had to pee again at 10:45. I had my physical and at 11:30 I was sent to the lab and I pee'd again on the way to the lab. While in the bathroom I drank down half of a 16 oz bottle of water that I had taken with me. Between waiting and the blood draw I had to submit my pee at 11:55. My pee was with a slight yellow in the paper cup when I poured it into the lab tube it was clear, clear but I laid it in the metal box and left. I left terrified and came home and found this site. I'm not sure that I am much help to anyone going through what I did. All I'm trying to say is listen and read what everyone has to say. They halped me keep some of my sanity through this ordeal and I thank God that I had you all to reach out to.
