Hello All,

Answer to my question might be in the forum somewhere but am too lazy to go thru all so please bear with me.

Im 5'6, 130 lbs and I think have a fast metabolism rate. I havent smoked in the last 2 months but before that smoked heavily (like everyday) for like 5 or 6 years. For three months before this break was smoking hash all day.

Been drinking enuf liquid including cranberry juice in the past two months and I go biking often. Do not go the gym or run. I have a pre employment test after 4 days and sort of worried if I shuld take the 'clean green' detox drink prior to the test. Just wanted to ask you guys out there about your opinions. Even if you think I wont need the detox drink, wat can be the side effects of taking the drink. I just want to be 200% sure i pass the test.

Two months clean you should be good, but I do suggest that if you bought that magic drink stuff, take it back and use the money on a home test. Use your first part of your first void of the day as that's when your urine will be most concentrated. Those magic potions usually only work by dilution so save yourself some money and just read the sticky at the top of this forum. If you are too lazy to read that then we can't help you. I suggest that you get the energy to read that and if you still have questions from there feel free to ask.

Hello guys,

Just to be extra safe I have bought the 'clear choice resuce cleanse' detox drink. Have to go for the test on saturday. I know that many will say its a ripp off as the same can work using the dilution technique. Agree.

Want to know if anyone has used it before and passed the test. Also can using this drink send red flag on high creatine level or anything else. As I mentioned before I have been clean for 2 months now. Thanks for the replies !

Theres no upper limits established for creatinine. As long as the creatinine level is over 20 mg/dL, its satisfactory.

However, this does not mean one should go crazy with creatine loading. Overloading on creatine can result in long unwanted periods sitting on the toilet seat.
