im in a serious bined right now i got my test results from the lab for insurance but they only tested for cotinine and cocaine according to this!! i needed a 5 panel test, but i already started smoking 2 weeks ago. i saw a thread on here that the poster posted a copy of the results from the gc/ms test he took... do they post your DOB on the lab report? im thinking my dad could take it for me since he has the same name

im screwed! cuz they probably do put the dob?! man now only choice is to sub if thats the case?

They check ID. The lab copy of the testing form does not have your date of birth, but the MRO, Collector, Employer and Donor copies all have the DOB recorded on them. The collector will check his ID and if he writes a DOB 20 years younger than his ID states, then they will definetly question that.

how about if he gives the correct dob, shows id and they record his info..when the gs ms machine completes the test what information willl be printed on the lab print out besides name?

btw im going to the drug court private rehab place to do this test..when iw as there few years ago theyd watch of course..but i wonder if its against the law for him to watch me if im doing a self test, not mandated by anyone..if not i could just sub

the collector will know if a 40 something year old man shows his ID, then writes down that he was born less than 20 years ago.

THATS where he will get caught. the collector should report the discrepancy on the form, discard the specimen and name your father as an imposter. His DOB will be on the identification. Then he will have to write his DOB on the custody and control form. The two won't match. The specimen won't even make it out of the collection site, let alone to the laboratory.
