So my friend decides to smoke today but he only took two hits... Moments later he gets a phone call from his dad saying he is going to get tested when he comes home tomorrow. He smoked about 1:30 pm found out around 3 already drank hella water took 8 cranberry pills and drank some Arizona teas... Is there any more advice to clean out his system? Possibly a recipe for a bleach bomb?

Odds are your friend's dad will use a dipstick test. I beat one just minutes ago (barely, the line was very feint) after smoking 4 hits about 24 hours ago. Read the Dilution sticky. I found it very helpful. Be sure to maintain your sodium levels when you water load or you will feel ill, like I am right now. Again, the Dilution sticky is your friend.

Haha umm thanks, But his dad usually sends it in to the doctors thats why he's trippin.

Yeah if its just a home test dip strip just dillute the hell out of your urine.
