After 21 days of abstaining i decided to take a home test. I examined the results and i had the faintest pink line I MEAN HARDLY THERE. It was there though i did see a line. now im on day 28. (When i took my home test i used my first urination of the day) I have to take a UA sometime this week. i can go friday which i think is what im going to do. Its supervised so i have to give them my real sample and its a lab test, so i know its testing for levels around 15ng instede of my home test which was around 50ng. DO YOU THINK IM OKAY if i drink some water before this test and give them ooo my 6 urine of the day or something? friday will be day 32 clean for me. Also before this i was a hibitual smoker. EVERYDAY FOR ABOUT 7 years, about 5 times aday. However i passed a home test without dilution, first urination after only 21 days ..... whats the opinion dudes?

It sounds like you're pretty good given that you have a few days left. At this point I would just stay the course and make an attempt at quasi-diluting, meaning on test day don't do a full out dilution but just make sure you drink about 2 quarts of fluid between 120 and 90 minutes before the test. Just my own recommended recipe for you.

To answer your question, I personally think you will not have much problem. Just make sure you are hydrated and test yourself again before hand. Good luck. OK...curisosity here now (and will one day kill the cat...lol)....when you said you smoked about 5 times a day, do you mean a few hits each time or grams?

a few hits. I used to fill up and little jar and carry my one hitter, when i felt the urge i ripped a few. not bowls or blunts 5 times day, i would be retarded lol
