dot test warning........

my husband is subject to randoms at work and i just discovered new guidelines for dot testing.............if you're going for follow up testing/were previously positive they are required to have you drop your pants and undergarments to mid thigh and pull up shirt to navel, this is to look for whizinator or other prosthesis. i found it by searching observed drug test. just thought i'd warn everyone! whether they follow through is another story.

They do follow through. Any donor taking an observed test must go through the procedures you described and turn 360 degrees for the observer allowing the observer to see if there is a prosthesis or not. This is for any observed test.

The ruling of whether return-to-duty and follow-up testing must be observed for those who have previously failed a drug test is pending. It isn't scheduled to go into effect until November 1st now. At least that is the latest info I have.
