|  Urgent probation question. please reply i was placed on deferred entry of judgement(diversion) about 5 months ago in California for a non drug related crime (burglary) i havent been drug tested yet and i still have like a year to go and i hella want to toke it up  so i was wondering if anyones been in a similar situation and if you got drug tested and if you did was it observed? |

| Drug testing for probation are generally ALWAYS obaserved. Been there, done that!! |

| Im on probation in Wisconsin for a marijuana related charge and I haven't ever been observed for any of my drug tests. I'd suggest waiting until you go in for your first drug test to see what kind of procedure they use before you decide to start smoking again though. |
