I recently finished my 2 day puranol cleanse two days ago. My test is tomorrow morning. I have not smoked for 7 days and according to the body cleanse I have been clean for 2 days. Are there any other precautions I can take to guarantee a negative test? I'm thinking certo sure-jell or niacin.

None of the things you've mentioned will do anything to help you pass a UA. It's all the water you drink with them that might help. Our dilution protocol is a much more reliable and much less expensive way to do the same thing.

Seven days might not be enough time if you were a heavy smoker.

I have already flushed with a puranol two day cleanse and that was completed two days ago. I am just looking for extra precautions.

i would like to add here depending on there testing it may not detect crap. i used to drive for a company (non CDL). Well i got into 3 wrecks was a heavy smoker (about 1 ounce a week)at the time. 3 wrecks and the 3rd i got busted. the first test i couldn't even flush my system cause i had to take the test that day and passed. the second i just drank water the day before and popped 4 aspirin 1hr before and passed. the third i got popped. had the weekend to get clean and trust me i drank water like crazy and got popped. so really the moral is depending how good the test is there's a chance you may pass or may not. Its really just a toss up. these test suck.
