I recently finished my 2 day puranol cleanse two days ago. My test is tomorrow morning. I have not smoked for 7 days and according to the body cleanse I have been clean for 2 days. Are there any other precautions I can take to guarantee a negative test? I'm thinking certo sure-jell or niacin.

Suggestions are appreciated

None of the things you've mentioned will do anything to help you pass a UA. It's all the water you drink with them that might help. Our dilution protocol is a much more reliable and much less expensive way to do the same thing.

Seven days might not be enough time if you were a heavy smoker.

I have already flushed with a puranol two day cleanse and that was completed two days ago. I am just looking for extra precautions.

Be careful who you choose to stand behind and support. If you are unwilling to take care of yourself, you must take whatever care that comes along. I've yet to see a flock of sheep, no matter how well cared for and tended, that doesn't get fleeced from time to time and eventually end up on the dinner table. Not many sheep die a natural death. i would like to add here depending on there testing it may not detect crap. i used to drive for a company (non CDL). Well i got into 3 wrecks was a heavy smoker (about 1 ounce a week)at the time. 3 wrecks and the 3rd i got busted. the first test i couldn't even flush my system cause i had to take the test that day and passed. the second i just drank water the day before and popped 4 aspirin 1hr before and passed. the third i got popped. had the weekend to get clean and trust me i drank water like crazy and got popped. so really the moral is depending how good the test is there's a chance you may pass or may not. Its really just a toss up. these test suck.
