Freezing it is fine. Water temp for thawing should be warm tap water, 120-150ish. No need to freeze dirty urine. Use plain water to practice with. Hope that helps, N2

Thanks a lot N2, I have a pre-employment test coming up (date not mandatory) and realized that subbing would be the only way out of it. Ive been practicing with my bottle, and the first time testing it between my legs, the bottle was at 97.9. Most of my paranoia was lifted off of me. Thanks for all the help! Ill update everyone after the test (probably tomorrow.)

hi, I have been smoking heavily for like 3yrs and then quit. but about a couple a months ago I started to smoke but maybe like once a day and I have to test for a drug evaluation next week..I recently had an injury to my knee, I sprained it and been taking hydrocodone, naproxin and asprin for the pain and swelling. do you u think since I have proof that I take all these prescribed medicines(all to be knwn as false positives). they will know I will test positive and reschedule? even thought i really smoke pot? But Stopped a week ago aside i've have been exercicing alot and drinkin plenty of fluids.
What info can you assist me with?

I have to trake a test this week tomorrow or Wednesday, I haven't smoked in a week but have for 25 years. I am testing at Quest for pre employment and am very nervous. I pruchased XXXclean and the guy at the shop gave me some precleanse tablets today. I can get a clean sample but don't know if it will be observed or not, also I have been practicing but I obviously need more. Its my first test ever and a great job so I don't want to blow it. I am a female and was going to try to subsitute if possible, otherwise I was going to have XXXclean as a back up in case there was an observer. Any comments would be helpful, I have read the log and haven't heard much about the product

cas, you can't be too prepaired. Although is is very unlikely you would be observed, just to be safe, go ahead and dilute. If you are observed, you're ready and if not, then substitute. Have you read this post on female specific subbing? http://boards.marihemp.com/boards/th...html?18x10329x

you can get empty shampoo bottle at wal mart for 50 cents so you don't have to worry about cleaning it out or the smell of shampoo. Another thing i am trying out is to tape 1 or 2 hand warmers to the bottle or comdom to keep a high temp. I will write new post when i give it a few test runs. P.S. This fourm is the $#!T. Hello N2. I too have stumbled accross this site and am amazed! I never would have thought of doing the substitution method, but it just makes sense. I don't want to risk it with dilution. My question is: where do I buy the children's temp strips? I read the thread on Sub-Boobs for ladies and it sounds even better!! how would they ever know? SO---i am going to start practicing this weekend. I will test next week. I am sure I will be shaking like a leaf--but I have to remember to be calm, and this will work. You truly are so kind for sharing. Thanks!

Your local drug store. Most WalMarts also carry them. They are gennerally called forhead temp strips. Hope that helps. N2
