Sorry, one more question: is it illegal to fly with the PUCK "Number 1" product or any synthetic urine? Perhpas, a better question is not whether I will be arrested but whether I will be detained for any reason and forced to explain why I have this product? thanks. Drink Gatorade, and it won't help until test time. They can detect Golden Seal Now. Stop that Now. The best way to know is home test yourself. Why not sub?

Grill Meats: to answer your question: why not sub? the truth is I cannot think of a good reason except why risk something if I can pass the test clean myself (plus, the latter results in far fewer frayed nerves than subbing does). True that has meant a hellish week and a couple of days so far (with an eye towards another week and a half) of abstaining, but quite simply the position is worth it. If I find that I am still testing positive on home tests in another week then I will go ahead and sub. Either way, I will post my results but again cannot thank you all enough for you help and insight. I will be continuing to check in over the next couple of days for any new info that pops up. thanks.

Home test yourself. Don't trust those detox products. They can be detected at times. Golden Seal is a name that pops up in my mind, but I'm sure there could be others'.

I read on one of the testers posts that it is up to the employers to determine what drugs they wish to test for in a pre-employment drug screen. Does anyone know if it is possible to find out which drugs a particular employer is looking to detect...? I ask because my only concern is THC and if in fact i know they are not looking for that drug then I will just go in without any plans to dillute or sub (which I am currently leaning towards). Hope this does not sound like a ridiculous question.

Hello, just like every one else around here, i am taking my first crack at beating the system.
Most people start off with a relatively easier test, but i have never been one for doing things easy.
I just got fully funded by the state that i live in to go to school to get my Class A CDL. Only one problem, between today, the 4th, and the 18th of this month i have to pass a piss test.. No surprize there.
Now, I'm 29, 6'2", and tipping the scales at 375. So you could say i have a very slow metabolism. Obviously subbing is the way. I have paper work from the Collage telling me exactly which lab i have to use, and what kind of test they want done. The test is call a DOT urinalysis. It does not say whether or not it will be a 15ng or a 50ng. But it does say that it will be unsupervised.
I have read the "how to's" on subbing, THANK YOU N2! and will start practicing with watter in the next day. But my question is this, if i cant find anyone willing to give me there clean piss, how trust worthy is the **** you buy on the internet? Do i go with synthetic or powdered concentrate? And what the hell is the big difference between a DOT test and all the others?
Also, during my 6 week class, which is 8 hrs a day i am going to be subject to randoms. So I'm thinking about how to take piss with me every day during the class.
I am a chronic smoker, always have been. I have stopped smoking since i got the news about the state picking up the tab on my schooling, but if there is a way to have the best of both worlds, well then by gum, I'm all for it.
One last thing. Why couldn't you use a plastic test tube with screw on top and keester it? My wife seems to think if it was kept in your rectum it would be to warm, but i think if its in your body, then its going to be body temperature, right?
I cant say enough good things about this forum, just browsing around in here, and reading what everyone has shared has brought my nervous levels down to a point where i may be able to sleep again tonight. Thank you ALL for sharing. This is truly the start of a new revolution!

A DOT Test is ALWAYS 45ml minimum. I usually put 30ml in one vial and if I have enough quantity, I will put 30ml in the other vial. That way I don't have to worry about thich seal goes on which vial. Both vials are then sent to the lab where the "A" vial is tested and the "B" vial is put in storage. If a problem... read the "from the tester" posts in this forum for all that type of detail. Yes, if you can do it, the rectum would keep the sample warm. Just be sure to use a (soft) plastic or metal vial. DO NOT USE GLASS. Hide the vial and take it with you when you are done. I would not want to find something like that at my collection site. If I did find something like that, I would be obligated to report it and you would be found positive for substituting.
