| I did 2 sub practice runs today perfecting method and temp and my confidence is starting to build...a little. I still get that "what if" panic flooding back to me though. However, everyone on this site is so AWESOME and your insights, feedback and sharing your test day experiences has been invaluable. Everyone who has passed - Congrats! You're starting to make me feel better. I do have a couple of (paranoid) questions. If anyone could take a moment to answer I would be grateful: --I feel kinda dumb asking this one but it really matters for my practice "method": do the sample cups that the lab give you to pee in have lids? I mean, I know they have lids but when they give you the cup, is the lid on it? I'm so affrad of knocking the darn thing all over the floor! For some reason I keep picturing in my mind an open container but will I also be supplied with a lid so I can sercure the container when I'm done filling it with my sample? --For a pre-employ UA, have many people found that the lab tech stood outside the door and waited for you to finish or do they go back to the desk and you just find them when you're done? --Are you allowed to lock the door once you're inside the bathroom? So afraid someone will walk in on me when I'm in mid transfer. Knowing that the door can def. be locked will certainly easy my nerves and shaking hands when I go in. Thanks guys - I think that's all my ?'s for now...Will keep practicing over the weekend. |

| For me there was no lid and I had to carry it back out to the nurse (that, sucked yes...) and there was also no lock. She stood outside the door. Just an fyi from my experience. |

I stand outside the door. I do allow you to close and lock it if you wish. I just need to ensure that no one comes by and transfers anything to you, or that you do not leave the testing area (like go out to your car or something like that). Both are very valid questions. Keep practicing. Once it is over, you will be surprised at how easy it was and will wonder to yourself why you fretted so much. | |

| so its prolly paranoia asking this but.. are the ppl that work in the lab generally suspicious of ppl that come in for drug testing? like do they look for bulges in yer pants n things like that? i prolly wont go totally mental paranoid til the last minute.. every other test ive had ive been alone for piss time so im assuming this will be the same.. im also a lil worried cuz i have to sign papers n such before the test..she said something like...you will come here n sign papers-it will take about half an hour then we send you down the street for the drug screen.. every other test ive had they just gave you papers n a list of places to go..i would be so much more comfortable with that option cuz i could just get my pee n go but this way i have to leave it sitting in water in the car.. eek! paranoia will destroy ya.. |

| I was reading on form the employer gave to bring to the drug testing place is going to be performing the following tests. They also gave me the collection cup -- looks like a larger individual applesauce snack cup. Inside is a plastic bag of some sorts and then a plastic collection cup. Last time I took a test which was ages ago -- it was just a cup nothing else. The place who is conducting the test is Quest Diagnostics. What do these codes mean? 6633N SAP 10-50 GC/MS 7192N SAP 10-50 + Alcohol I understand they are testing for thc/alcohol. What does the GC/MS & 7192N mean? I take the following meds and don't know if this will make me fail. Xanaz Flexeril Tylenol # 3 - all are prescribed. |

| Sorry, but this query does not belong in this thread, which is all about substitution methods. I do not know the answer you seek but many others here do, give it time...

| If you're subbing, you don't need to worry about creatine leves, specific gravity, etc. That is only for dilution. However, the fact that your "donor" is on those drugs would worry me. If they show up on the test, I would imagine that the MRO would call to find out what perscrips you are on and then you wouldn't have anything to back it up. Remember, in most cases your potential employer will have access to your medical records too. I basically had to sign my life away so they can pry into everything now. Privacy? In this day and age? This past week has been a sad lesson in the fact the we really don't have that luxury anymore. I would either find another clean donor or go with Quickfix 4.0 |

| Can someone please tell me what an ace bandage is and what it is used for? I read the treads where people mention the ace bandage but don't mention what it is or what it is for? Is it for heating? |

| What's the best way to rig up some one else's clean urine on you if you think you may be observed? A condom? Or is there no way to rig it up and get away with it if someone observes? I should mention that the donor will be a man. |
