hey everyone.

this is my first post and probably my last.

i've smoked probably around 10 times in my life. recent college grad heading out into the job market. the most recent was about 2 weeks ago with my roommate. he asked so i said why not. the next day i got a call from a prospective employer to come in for an interview. i was told if i was hired (which there was an excellent chance), i would have to submit a drug test. i figured this type of stuff always happens to me.

so with a drug test imminent, i began to consider my options frantically. i don't really work out much, but i'm not overweight. i move around a lot at work but i wouldn't call it exercise. the day i felt i was gonna be asked to take a drug test i went out to the local "hippie" shop and asked about detoxify products. i settled on ready clean. but admittedly, after i bought it, i became less and less enthused about what it actually does, and decided on the substitution method as plan A and the drink as plan B.

so i read about what to do from N2. instead of shampoo bottles or glue bottles, i went to my local pharmacy and asked nicely for a couple suspension bottles (two 3 oz bottles, and one 12 oz). the bottles are sterile and shaped nicely to be put in the crotch region. one fault they do have on them is that they are childproof by default, and if you tried to uncap it in the bathroom during the test, it would no doubt make noise, but the problem is easily solved by removing the childproof top so all that remains is the plastic screw-on top. no noise, no nothing.

went to a friend who has never touched any drug whatsoever. he supplied me with about 100cc of urine i put in the 12oz bottle and immediately put on ice, for my drug test was still about 18 hours away. got home and put the urine in the freezer over night. woke up and practiced one of the 3oz bottles with water. i put on everything i was gonna wear to my test and filled up the bottle to the top and stuck it in down in my crotch. in about an hour i had gone from room temp to about 95 degrees (as measured by the digital thermometer i bought), i checked 20 min later and was at 96.5.

i then thawed out the urine in the 12oz bottle with warm water. after about a half hour it became thawed but cloudy with particles floating around. a quick shake made everything homogenous the way it should look. i then did the same with the real urine as i did with the water (DONT GET THEM MIXED UP! i almost did, before you put the urine in the bottle empty the water!!!)

hung out for a while squeezing my thighs and then went to my drug test with the windows rolled up and the heat on medium. about 15 minutes later i arrived. before i got out of my car, i checked the temp of the urine (98.0 degrees). went into quest diagnostics, signed in. they made me fill out a questionnaire thingy, took me to the back and made me empty my pockets and sign a couple things. was told not to run the water and not to flush the toilet (which was blue). gave me the cup and i went into the bathroom, i cracked the door behind me and the man said "no you can close it completely"

yeeehaw!

stood in front of the toilet, put the empty cup on the sink, took the bottle out (piping hot!) and poured it into the cup. didn't read the temp sticker that was on it because i was not worried. threw the bottle back in my pants and was out the door.

signed out and pranced out.

tricks:
PRACTICE! esp with water/thermometer, know your every next move.
use pharmacy bottles (not vials) and be sure to take the white childproof caps off.
be confident.
have things in your pocket (i know it sounds weird but just do it).

i dunno. i havent gotten the results back yet but all signs say it's a go.

Does anyone know if urine from a different ethinic person work? I have read that age and sex doesn't matter.

Ethnics doesn't matter, just like age and gender.

Any human sample can be used as a sub as long as its drug-free and not overhydrated.

so i followed the instructions...practiced for about 6 hrs the night before...two pair of tighty whities, 1 2 oz. shampoo bottle with a friends piss, and some coleman hand warmers...digital therm. as well...went in and the temp was good...but the 2 oz. of urine from just one bottle wasnt enough...the lady said id have to stay and drink some water...i told her it was my first day at the job and i didnt want to be late so she told me if i called my employer and they fax'd her a letter saying it was ok for me to leave and come back after my shift, that would be fine...luckily they said it was ok so after work i filled up 2 of the 2 oz bottles...went in and passes with flying colors...amazing how easy it was...thanks for the advice
p.s...just found out tonite my boss is a stoner too

If anyone was doing ethnic testing through urine I could only imagine the firestorm that would bring on from the ACLU to the NAACP!

I've been an every-day pot smoker for the last two years or so. I used it to help me deal with chronic back and joint pain. Two weeks ago I got a very good job offer, and have a pre-employment urine test next Monday (I assume the company uses urine tests, and not saliva or hair). I did stop smoking immediately (suffering major withdrawal symptoms...insomnia, etc), but a home drug test came up positive and it's highly doubtful I'll be clean by test time, so other methods have to be considered.

I decided to order a synthetic urine kit, which should arrive on Saturday. This should give me enough time to practice using it. The kit has a bag, tube, synth urine and warmers. I also made sure to get a thermometer to monitor temperature. I plan to use the Ace bandage routine describe by other posters here. I'll give it couple of trial runs at home for practice. I just hope I'm not too nervous to go through with it smoothly. I'm usually pretty good at controlling myself in such situations, so I should be okay.

I've looked over the info on this site with a fine-tooth comb, and it has been a big help.

Does anyone know if employment drug tests are unobserved or not? Do they usually observe a first time drug test? I am wanting to sub but wonder if they usually watch the first time. Thanks!
