and before anyone welcomes me to the sub club i was already a member from back in '97 when i took my last pre-employment piss test...back than before the internet i used a friends clean piss and put it into an empty crystal vega glass tube which i kept warm in a thermos of hot water till the test...i let it warm down to my body temp while waiting and passed that one as well...subbin's easy to do

Well apparently i passed my 'random' test last week with the whizzinator and the synthetic urine from the same company. works great! If you have the money to spend on that, its a great solution. if not, i'm sure quickfix works well, I bought one of those to keep with me incase i get picked for random and my little 'birdy' doesn't come thru for me... i don't forsee that as a problem though.

I am so pleased; I did it. I am an official member of the SUB-CLUB! I support each and every person who has said that subbing is easy for non-DOT urine tests.

It was amazing that it just worked exactly like the way i practiced it ... and I feel that the QF, at least I hope and pray, lol, that the QF will treat me right. Oh and the temp was right on target too ( I just used the body warming method--it takes me about an hour to get to body temp)!!!

Now, in terms of my results .... Would I be correct assuming no response is a good response?

I have a physical set for tomorrow in the morning. I have subed in the past (about 2 weeks ago) and it worked fine. This is for another job that I really want. This job wants me to go in for a physical at a local hospital for an urine drug test, Urinalysis, blood test for blood chemistry as i understand (CBC, ect). Now I plan on subbing for the drug test. Should I worry that they will do the physical first????

Should I use the same urine for the Urinalysis and the drug test?
Should I worry about the blood test? They wouldnt use that for the drug test as well?

Please make me feel better about this situation

hi everyone. i cannot tell you how thankful i am to have found this site.

my story is, i am a female and a chronic smoker for the past 7 years. i have a great opportunity to get a job in my field (i just graduated college in may) but it is a city job so i will be required to have a physical including a "drug screening."

i bought quickfix assuming that this will be a urine test, but the more i think about it, maybe it could be a blood or saliva test. i would prefer this because i can easily quit for a few days prior.

my question is this: has anyone taken a drug test during a physical for pre employment and if so what sort of test was administered?

if anyone has passed a drug test for a city job that would be even more helpful....i'm concerned about hiding my quickfix during a physical! i have no idea what this is going to entail.

well to be honest needtopass ... i think u should ask a few of the site gurus to share their input, like sec3 or grillmeats or N2...

What I would do is definitely quit smoking so that you could increase your odds of passing the blood or saliva tests. Also follow Grillmeats advice on saliva testing. Then the day of the test hopefully you would have had enough time to pass the blood or saliva test. What about the urine? Hide the quickfix in the smallest possible bottle that will not open inside your body. I have my doubts that your physical would include a GYN exam. That would be so intrusive that I am willing to bet it will not be a part of your physical. If they take blood or saliva you should be able to reuse the quickfix another day (I am pretty sure it can be heated to body temp and if not used then put away for storage). I could see a man getting a hernia exam but not a woman getting a GYN exam for a city job. This is just speculation though. If they do maybe you could go with it is that time of the month as an excuse for them not to do the GYN exam during the physical. Maybe a day before the test you could call up and ask if they will be performing that because it is that time. They might then tell you that GYN exam is not part of the physical but they may also make you reschedule and although that buys more time you loose that excuse if the doctor wishes to perform it when you go in. You might even be able to play dumb and ask if your period would interfere with giving a urine specimen. It wouldn't but you could act like you don't know and maybe that would answer your questions because they may tell you that they are not going to collect urine.
