Whew...

I was going to wait for my results to post here, but it seems lots of people are like me and gain confidence from all the repatition....so here's the beginning of my experience. I am 5'9" 225, muscular but not big into working out...lucky genes. I smoke only the best (which can get expensive) but it's well worth it. Learned I had to drug test on Monday as a pre-employment screening and set my appointment for Friday (bad choice cuz I have to wait the weekend and XMas is next Tuesday too) of the same week. Stalling was a way to get more info as I would never have passed without some solution for help. I bought myself time to read up, but the trade-off was freaking out. People here were great. From N2 (who appears to be long gone) to SEC (very cool of you to offer up your experiences and knowledge) and several others that post frequently. Anyway, I opted for Quick Fix (QF) as my solution and as it says, I practiced, practiced, practiced. Mainly that was to insure temp. It helped too to know to get tighty whities which I had to run out and buy. Bottom line is, I didn't bother to microwave when I found that I could heat up to the right temperature within an hour on my own. I never bothered with the squirt top after heard bad things. I did buy 2 bottles of QF and poured a bit from one into the other to ensure that I was easily over 2 oz. Didn't want to give them a cup with the same amount as everyone else in it. Went to LabCorp and a guy (I'm one too) took me in a back room to wash my hands prior to going into the bathroom to "pee". I was nervous so pouring was surprisingly uneasy. It came in at 98 degrees. I bs'd a bit with the guy and then was on my merry way. Whole ordeal was amazingly simple....though I have to wait on my results which I'm sure will be fine. Side note...girlfriend is a doctor and asked in the lab, and the technician told her QF isn't detectable from normal pre-employment tests.

I did fork out $40 each for the QF (rip off at local head shop) but the investment is about to land me a $100K job...$175K after I hit my sales goals which I will. Pretty wise investment! Heck, I may give out QF as stocking stuffers!

I will post once I confirm my success, but wanted to get this in partly to say THANKS to everyone here and especially the regular posters...very helpful!

Word to those freakin' prior to a test like mine....don't sweat it. QF is the way to go when your situation is similar to mine. By the way guys....this thing does have spellcheck.

This is my first post on this website and I first off want to thank everyone for their insight on this site. It truly is helpful when faced with a pre-employment test, which is something I have never had to take. I have been about 2.5 weeks (5'10" 215lbs.)without smoking and took an over the counter test today. It resulted in something I couldn't say was passing, so I have resorted to the sub method. My question is, the person I am using for the sub is my PREGNANT WIFE. I have read through all of these posts and only found postings that address no differences for male/female piss. Will her being pregnant be detectable? Any help would be extremely appreciated as I am going on Dec. 27th for the test. I am extremely nervous!!!

Contrary to popular urban folklore, gender and pregnancy are totally irrelevant when a urine sample is being tested for drugs. Your wifes urine sample will be fine to use, providing that its drug-free and not overhydrated.

There are lots of threads throughout the urine testing forum that discuss this issue as well. They can all be found by utilizing the forums' search feature.

My man just took the test yesterday and indeed passed it - pretty much with flying colors i guess. Got the job of his dreams. Drug screen negative - fit for duty.

Over a month of exercise and potions but was still dirty. And indeed substitution was pretty much the last resort.
Thought about dilution, read through it - just a little too many steps. Substituion was easier and cheaper - for sure the only thing
to think about was temperature whereas with dilution we had to worry about eating steaks and/or getting expensive supplements and that is just for creatine levels not to mention the discomfort of drinking all that water plus trying to make the pee as yellow as possible.
Thanks so much to N2's subsitution method (THANK YOU THANK YOU VERY MUCH, and Sec for reinforcing and encouraging us to use it), I just have to say it worked perfectly like a charm - just do it. It probably works exactly how the $150 urinator does, except all we needed was
the coupla bucks for a little bottle, a hand warmer or two, and a thermometer THATS IT. However do practice like he says anyway, to ensure that it works like a charm 4 u 2.
Between one's warm creamy thighs, the hot perineum (crotch area), and just one hand warmer, it stayed at 98 degrees perfectly for an hour and probably any time frame we needed.
I still don't understand the condom thing though, the bottle seems MUCH easier.

However we were also lucky to have a pretty lax/underpaid/retarted drug testing place here - private bathroom unobserved and probably only requiring temperature 90to100. And I can see how dilution and of course substitution would be very hard to pull off
if you are doing a probation test or something much more intense. Preemployment testing is a piece of cake usually.

Just posting our result - plus a few extra hints (though there are so many pages here maybe someone already mentioned these):
No need to use the shampoo bottle and worry about getting the smell out and/or cleaning it out completely, we just got travel size empty generic plastic bottles plus they are cheaper just 50cents or 1buck at walmart or almost anywhere else whereas sample shampoo things were a coupla bucks.
I also got a ***3oz*** bottle instead of suggested 2oz. Also a lot of sample shampoo bottles are down to freaking 1.5 or 1.7oz due to slick businessmen and global economics maybe. Plus the only "trouble" the drug test lady gave my man was trying to get him to fill up the pee cup a little more even, though my man said sorry he really didn't have anymore and they said ok never mind - I know they shouldn't need more than 2oz/60mL.
Just helps avoid hassle to have as much as pee as possible. With 3oz you can also put a little into the toilet if you want for maximum effect.
Finally we also got a temperature strip and that was VERY useful, just like the ones for fish tanks, we put that on our bottle it was a lot of help.

It will be about 45-50 days of not smoking when I take the DOT test. I'm already testing clean with First Check home tests. Are those tests accurate enough to trust?

I wanted to say thank you very much to everyone on this site. The information that IamN2pot had was great!! I followed exactly what he had said, and I had no problem at all passing the drug test.

I used “Dr. Greens Agent X” which worked like a charm. One thing about it though, was that the 3 OZ bottle seemed like it was almost not enough; however I think that was the nurse that did that. The mark on the cup was pretty high, but she didn’t say anything after she took it.

Practice is the key. If I didn’t do a couple of dry runs the night before, I wouldn’t have been confident to be ready for all of the variables that came at me when I was in the lab.

Also, one thing that was important for me, was to keep my temperature right. I had to sit in the waiting room for over 2 hours, so please practice with working with the temperature.

I had 2 job interviews and had to take 2 tests. Both tests were done at different labs, and I passed both tests using “Dr. Greens Agent X.”

After spending hours reading the boards (didn't get much done this weekend haha) and failing a home test after taking the Quick-Detox2 tabs substitution is the only way I know I will pass. I've learned so much here, I would have never considered substitution if it wasn't for this board! (And would have likely gotten screwed) This place is the chit!

Among the collection of beauty products I don't use I found a 2oz bottle of a travel size facial wash. Cleaned it well and put on a temp strip from the cups in one of the home kits. I've been carrying it on my left breast and have maintained a 96-98 degree temp all day. What a relief, I was really not looking forward to having to insert it in the coochie but was ready to do it if I had to. Fortunately my breasts are large enough and the bottle is shaped perfectly so that I can put it under my breast and the bottle is practically completely covered by the skin.

I intend to get my kid's sample in the morning so that I don't have to worry about freezing/thawing it out. N2 recommends the urine be less than 8 hours old for best results anyway.

Fortunately the lab is literally less than 10 minutes from my house. Its cold where I live and will be wearing a bra with a sports bra on top to make sure the bottle doesn't fall even though I've been running around the house with the bottle on me w/ only my bra for support.

Now that I got the temp thing down I can practice some more tonight on pouring, etc. I feel confident I can do this! Don't get me wrong, I'm scared shit less and will probably take a Klonopin in the morning. But so far so good.

All of the reading has paid off! Wish me luck, I'll post an update as soon as can. If I've missed something, please let me know.

Is 16 hours too long for my sample to remain out? I got it at 8 tonight and won't use it till 11 tomorrow morning. Do I have to freeze it? OR can I just stick it in the fridge? How about just putting the 2 ounce sample bottle of piss in the fridge? Thanks for the help.
