I understand I'm a dumbass for not noticing, but please help me. 3 days ago my parents gave me insurance forms to sign cause i"m turning 18 and my parents are updating my life insurance. So today I did blood work and urine test and didn't realize it was for the insurance company! I thought it was just for information for myself. Anyways I smoked some pot the night before and I'm paranoid if the insurance company would detect it from my urine and notify my parents.

Also for the urine, my dad told me to pee and pour 75% of the tubes with water and the other 25% with pee.. No idea why, so maybe that would alter it.. I also only started to smoke about a month ago and have only been smoking once a weekend. The main question is what is in the insurance company going to look at it with my blood/urine test.. Would they test for pot? I smoked what 4 times in my life?
