(taken from my response to another QF thread on Wendsday the 12th - felt it could use its own thread for those worrying about QF 4.2)

I used QF 4.2 batch F8E-08 today at what I think was a Q-l@b facility but part of a large hospital for which I am hiring into. It was actually part of a pre-employment physical/drug test. Thankfully I had sewn a little pocket into my 2nd set of underwear to hold the bottle and heating pad because as I suspected, I did have to drop my pants for a hernia check. Bottle stayed right where it was supposed to and was invisible to the human eye and didn't drop to the floor.

When they finally got around to doing the drug test (about an hour after I had gotten there) I went into the john and produced the bottle and it was reading a solid 100 degrees. No worries, I had well over 3 1/2 minutes if needed to blow and swirl to get it down to about 96 on the sample cup and handed it off. Temp and color OK. I have to return on Friday to get a slip stating I can start working on Monday.

So I will report then if this worked or not. This was my first time subbing after many successful N2 dilution passes in the past. There was no way I would have been able to hold my pee that long with a physical being part of the process.
