hi was just wondering if anybody knows how many Nanograms you lose per day? I'm a regular smoker and maybe have a few spots every night. i weigh aprox 85kg and work for a construction company so my job is pretty physical. i had my last smoke on Friday and was tested on the following Wednesday. my test came back inconclusive. so i was retested on that Friday and my results were sent to the lab to see how much was in my system. before my test i had not had a smoke for bout 7 days.Within those 7 days i used Ural sachets and drunk freshly squeezed orange and lemon juice. so i am wanting to know if my results will come back 50Ng or less?

There is virtually no way to tell how much you lose per day. Disolved pollutants in your urine are changed by how much water you drink, your wieght, what is in your body, your metabolizm. I can't even give you a "rough estimate" for how many ng per day it is.


Typically, for me , with ten days of abstinance I can pass a piss test. I still have to dilute, which means my ng is higher than 50. I also knew some one that claims he abstained for 6 weeks. And failed a piss test. I happen to doubt that he stopped for six weeks without slipping up once or twice, maybe he did. The dude is about 250 pounds, so its possible he actually did stop for 6 weeks.

Best thing to do is taket he home tests and see where yous tand.
