Okay, last Tuesday I took a urine test and tested negative for THC but positive for Codeine (stupid me had a cold Monday night and took some of my wife's prescription Robitussin not knowing it had Codeine in it.) Thinking I was in the clear, I did something stupid Tuesday night.

Since finding this out last Thursday, I have been drinking about 200-300 ounces of water a day along with a 5 day detox product from GNC.

Now, I have been testing negative at home for 2 days (first void of the morning) and went to take a urine test today at Quest - the SAP 5-50/300 GC/MS. I'm wondering if I'll come back too diluted.

I didn't drink more than 10 ounces of water this morning. I took my daughter to the movies at noon and drank a big Pepsi and had some popcorn. Then after, I tested myself negative again at home and ate 1 Tums and drank about 50 ounces of Gatorade (I couldn't urinate as I have expanded my bladder through the last few days). I'm not as much worried about testing negative as I am coming up diluted.

I'm attaching a link to a site that has urine color. Mine was about a "2." What do you think?
